Sea salt in sacks
Sea salt comes from natural solar and wind evaporation of sea water. The resulting crystallised salt from the concentrated brine is harvested mechanically on salt ponds, then rinsed and spun to remove any impurities. After grinding and sieving, you get COARSE SEA SALT.

80% of grains are between 0.4 and 3.15 mm
